What is your first response? Are you the “Yes I can do that” and then stress and try to figure out how. Do you automatically say “No I can’t because.” and list excuses that have become an impenetrable shield to your comfort zone. Do you rush to answer without truly considering your options? Be careful, it is not easy to say no to the people you always say yes to, or vise versa. Todays challenge is to say yes to yourself. Do something that you have always wanted to do. Invite someone that may not be expecting to hear from you. It may require not doing something you usually do. Use the obstacles and excuses as stepping stones.
