In talking with a friend on Sunday, she told me she would rather prepare instead of plan. I was so inspired. So often our plans change and we do not do what we had planned. Prepare for change for example: pack extra workout clothes, give yourself more time in between commitments, have a healthy snack handy. Prepare a back up plan. If you are planning on a hectic day, prepare for it!
