Got Goal, Get Accountability

Good morning ladies,

Grab a piece of paper, grab a pen, if you’re in bed get a book to put your piece of paper on, and write down ONE THING YOU ARE GOING TO DO FOR YOU TODAY.

Now write an email, send a text, a FB message or post, tweet it out into the world what that thing that you are going to do for you today is AND ask, in that message, for them to ask you how it went either tonight or tomorrow morning.

I am willing to be that receiver via email, text or tweet, our Your Turn Women FB page is willing to be that receiver, you can also send it on the comment on our Your Turn Women Blog.

Ø 5:15pm – YT 5-10K Runners of Greater St. Joseph Co; training for a Turkey 10K on Thanksgiving Day. However, this is open to any level of runners as Melodie cannot run but will be there for support. There will be a run route given.
